CONDITIONS
§ 1 Scope
These general terms and conditions of the Silberkrone-Verlag (hereinafter referred to as 'the publisher', 'we' or 'us') apply to all business relationships between us and the customers of the online shop (link), as well as to all contractual partners of the publisher. As soon as a valid contract is concluded, these general terms and conditions apply in the current version. Any inquiries will be processed within 48 hours.

§ 3 Conclusion of contract
The customer's order is considered a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract for the ordered goods. The purchase contract is concluded by either a written acceptance of the order by the publisher or by the dispatch of the goods by the publisher within 14 working days after we have received the order and is deemed to have been accepted.
The automatic confirmation email is for information about your order only and is not an acceptance of your offer.
§ 4 Prices / shipping costs
The prices include VAT.
For deliveries to Austria, the shipping costs are up to € 4.30.
For deliveries to Germany or Switzerland, the shipping costs are up to € 6.
Changes can be made any time
The delivery takes place via a parcel service or the Austrian Post.
§ 5 Payment
The customer can choose between the following means of payment:

Consequences of the revocation:
If you cancel a contract with us, we will send you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, immediately within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation. We use the same means of payment for the repayment that you use at the used the original payment.
We can refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back from you or you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back. You are obliged to send the goods back to us immediately and in any case within 14 days after you have sent us the cancellation of the contract.
You only have to pay for losses in value if it is clearly your fault.
There is no right of withdrawal for signed books or other items that have been personally tailored to the consumer.
§ 7 Warranty and Disclaimer
Liability for all product defects is based on the currently valid warranty regulations (see §§922 ff ABGB). In any case, the publisher is first guaranteed to replace or supplement the defective goods. You can only demand a price reduction after we have not complied with a reasonable obligation to improve. The scarce goods must be returned by the customer be returned immediately. The publisher is only liable for any other claims, such as claims for damages of any kind, in the event of intent or gross negligence.
